Relief of arthritis and pain including rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
Used for various pain conditions including degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, arthritis surrounding the scapula, toothache, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, and sciatica. It is also effective in relieving pain caused by extra-articular rheumatism. It helps reduce inflammation and pain due to these diseases, improving patients' quality of life.
Take 100 mg of aceclofenac every 12 hours, 2 times a day. This medication should be taken whole without chewing or crushing. Dosing can be adjusted appropriately based on symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, the lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest duration.
Patients who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Frequent drinkers may have an increased risk of gastric bleeding when taking this medication. This medication may increase the risk of serious thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke in patients with heart or cerebrovascular issues. Particular caution is advised for patients with risk factors like hypertension, diabetes, and smoking before starting this medication. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary, and symptoms and responses should be regularly monitored during treatment. This medication may increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal issues like bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. Elderly individuals are at greater risk for these gastrointestinal problems, thus requiring closer monitoring. Patients with active peptic ulcer or past history of bleeding should not take this medication. Patients with allergies to this medication or similar drugs, or with a history of allergic reactions such as asthma or urticaria, should also avoid it. Patients with certain health conditions such as heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy, nursing mothers, and patients with inflammatory bowel disease should not take this medication. Elderly individuals, patients with kidney or liver function issues, patients with asthma, and those with hypertension should take special caution when using this medication and follow their doctor's instructions. This medication may cause various side effects, including dizziness, gastrointestinal disturbances, abnormal liver enzymes, skin rashes, etc. Severe cases may lead to blood disorders, anaphylaxis, hepatitis, or kidney problems; therefore, if any abnormal symptoms occur, immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is advised. This medication may interact with other drugs, so patients taking anticoagulants, diuretics, antidiabetics, lithium, methotrexate, etc. must consult with a doctor. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should avoid taking this medication, and nursing mothers should consult with healthcare providers before use. Safety in children and adolescents has not been established, thus use is not recommended. Elderly individuals need to be particularly cautious with this medication as they are at increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures may occur, so immediate medical attention is necessary. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container should be avoided as it may affect the quality.
