This medication is used for cerebral functional disorders caused by cerebrovascular circulation disorders and cerebral nutrition disorders. These disorders can be accompanied by symptoms such as memory decline, dizziness, headaches, visual disturbances, and anxiety. It is also effective for peripheral arterial circulation disorders, such as vascular damage due to atherosclerotic vascular diseases or diabetes, peripheral artery occlusive disease, and Raynaud's disease. This medication helps improve various symptoms caused by these vascular and cerebral function problems, supporting overall blood circulation and the nutritional status of the brain. Therefore, it is used to treat circulation disorders of the brain and peripheral vessels and related symptoms.

How it is given

Adult administration

Administer 5 to 10 mL once daily via intramuscular or intravenous injection, or administer 15 mL via intravenous injection every 2 days. For acute treatment: 25 milliliters administered intravenously or via infusion once daily. For severe treatment: 25-50 milliliters administered intravenously or via infusion once daily.

Precautions

This product is used as an injection, and care must be taken when opening the container as glass fragments may enter. Extra caution is particularly necessary when used by children or the elderly. Individuals with allergies to this medication or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions should not use it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant are also advised not to take this medication. People with bleeding problems or those taking anticoagulant medications should exercise caution when using this product. Additionally, individuals who are about to undergo surgery should use this medication cautiously. Rarely, side effects such as gastrointestinal disturbances, allergic reactions, hypotension, dizziness, headaches, and skin rashes may occur. Some individuals may also experience pain in the hands and feet, fever, chills, and severe shock symptoms. Fatigue, chronic respiratory issues, leg swelling, and symptoms similar to angina have also been reported. A severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis may occur, so if symptoms arise, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. Breastfeeding women are advised not to take this medication, and it is still unknown whether this medication is transmitted through breast milk. Finally, this medication is known not to affect blood sugar control.
