For patients with cerebral infarction, administration should begin after symptoms stabilize, and blood pressure and heart condition should be continuously monitored. If symptoms of bleeding or initial signs of blood disorders appear, inform healthcare providers immediately and check the condition through blood tests. Care should be taken when driving or operating machinery due to the risk of accidents from side effects such as dizziness. This medication is primarily metabolized in the liver, so its concentration may change when used with other drugs that affect liver metabolic enzymes, requiring dosage adjustments.
