Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have experienced allergic reactions to any of its ingredients. There may be severe allergic reactions such as shock or anaphylaxis occurring during treatment, and if symptoms appear, administration should be stopped immediately and medical assistance sought. Additionally, white blood cell or platelet counts may decrease, so blood status should be regularly monitored, and if abnormalities are found, administration should be discontinued. There may be liver dysfunction; hence liver function tests and careful observation of liver health should be conducted. Skin reactions such as hives, rash, or itching may occur, and if these symptoms develop, medication should be stopped, and consultation should be sought. Neurological symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, or numbness may occur, and caution is required during driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting may occur, and if discomfort is severe, medical consultation is recommended. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication cautiously under a physician’s guidance, as safety has not been fully established. Lactating women are advised to avoid breastfeeding, as this medication may be transmitted through breast milk.
