This medication helps supplement vitamin E, which is often deficient in older age, and alleviates symptoms related to peripheral circulation disorders and menopause, such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold sensation. It is also used to improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults over 18 years: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in this product. Furthermore, it should not be administered to infants under 12 months of age, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. During the course of taking this medication, it is important not to take other medications together with it, such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or nursing, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with kidney dysfunction or low protein levels, and patients with abnormal fat metabolism should consult a specialist before taking this medication. This product contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this component should be cautious. If discomfort in the upper abdomen, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or reddening, heart rhythm irregularities, or central nervous system function decline occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, if menstrual cycles become irregular or bleeding persists, it is advisable to stop taking the medication and seek consultation. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema may occur, and caution is advised as potassium levels may rise when used together with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking this medication, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and directions, and patients with a risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels. Additionally, it is preferable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place with low humidity. It is important not to transfer into another container to maintain product quality.
