Precautions

This medicine must not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Severe allergic reactions such as shock or anaphylaxis may rarely occur, so if abnormal symptoms appear after administration, discontinue the medication immediately and receive appropriate treatment. Also, since white blood cell and platelet counts may decrease, blood status should be monitored periodically, and if abnormalities are found, the medication should be discontinued. As it may affect liver function, if liver enzyme levels rise or jaundice symptoms appear, the administration should stop immediately and treatment should be sought. Skin reactions such as hives, rashes, and itching may occur, so if these symptoms appear, discontinue the medication. Neurological symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, and numbness may occur, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain, belching, and taste disturbances may occur, so consult a doctor if symptoms are severe. The safety of this medication has not been established in pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, so it should only be used when the benefits of treatment are considered to outweigh the risks. This medication can also be transmitted through breast milk, so breastfeeding women should avoid taking it. Safety in children, particularly in low birth weight infants or neonates, has not been fully established, so it should be used with caution. In the elderly, physiological functions may be reduced, so extra care should be taken regarding adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal symptoms. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, and transferring it to another container can lead to accidents and quality deterioration, so it should be stored in its original container.
