Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have had an allergic reaction to its ingredients. While taking this medication, rare severe allergic reactions such as shock or symptoms similar to anaphylaxis may occur; if such symptoms appear, stop taking the medication immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Additionally, as it may cause a decrease in white blood cells or platelets, regular monitoring of blood status is important. Liver function issues can lead to jaundice or elevated liver enzyme levels, so regular liver function tests are needed, and if abnormalities are found, the medication should be discontinued. Skin reactions such as hives, rashes, and itching may occur, and if these symptoms develop, the medication should be stopped and a doctor consulted. Neurological symptoms like dizziness, drowsiness, or numbness may occur, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, abdominal bloating, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, and abdominal pain may occur. If there is a significant increase in liver enzyme levels or if fever and rashes accompany them, stop taking the medication immediately and seek medical attention. Blood tests may show changes in white blood cell or platelet counts, so regular testing is necessary. Various rare symptoms such as breast pain, gynecomastia, milk secretion, palpitations, fever, facial flushing, tongue numbness, coughing, shortness of breath, hair loss, menstrual irregularities, and edema may occur, so you should report any unusual symptoms. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should use this medication only if the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been clearly established. Breastfeeding women are advised to avoid this medication as it may be transmitted through breast milk. Safety has not been adequately confirmed for children, neonates, or low birth weight infants, so caution should be exercised in their use. Elderly patients may have decreased body functions, so they should be particularly careful about gastrointestinal symptoms and other adverse reactions while taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, and transferring it to another container is not recommended, as this can lead to accidents and quality deterioration.
