Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages per day; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may potentially impact the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of myocardial infarction or stroke, so patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be particularly cautious. Serious gastrointestinal issues, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, can occur, so it should be taken cautiously in individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or the elderly. Severe allergic skin reactions or dermatitis may occur, and if symptoms like skin rashes or mucosal damage appear, immediate discontinuation is necessary. This medication may affect kidney function, so patients with kidney disease or impaired kidney function require special caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication, as it may affect reproductive capacity. Women planning to conceive are also advised to avoid taking it. Interactions with other medications may occur, so if you are currently taking any other drugs, inform your doctor or pharmacist, as the risk of bleeding may increase, especially when combined with blood coagulation-affecting medications. The elderly may have reduced kidney, liver, and heart function, so treatment should start with the minimum effective dose, and care should be taken to monitor for adverse reactions. Overdose may cause symptoms like nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, and in severe cases, cardiac or renal function abnormalities may occur, requiring immediate emergency treatment. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container to maintain the quality of the medicine.
