Regular testing is needed during treatment due to a potential decrease in blood cell counts, and patients should consult healthcare providers immediately if adverse symptoms arise. Various side effects such as dizziness, headache, drowsiness, anxiety, nausea, palpitations may occur, and if symptoms worsen, patients should inform their doctor. Caution is required during treatment; rise slowly when getting up, and if hypotension symptoms occur, lie down or take rest.
