Precautions

This medication may increase heart rate, potentially causing angina symptoms such as chest pain, so careful monitoring of angina symptoms is necessary. Patients at risk of bleeding or those who have recently had a bleeding disorder should not use this medication, and caution is needed for those with conditions that may induce bleeding. It should be avoided in patients with congestive heart failure as it may worsen symptoms. Patients who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should not take this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, or other medications that increase the risk of bleeding should carefully monitor for bleeding risks when using this medication. Women who are menstruating should also be cautious of bleeding risks. Patients with heart disease or severe kidney and liver function impairment may be affected by the metabolism and excretion of this medication, requiring careful administration. Diabetic patients or those with uncontrolled hypertension should be cautious of the risks of bleeding or cardiovascular adverse reactions. This medication can cause various adverse reactions, particularly bleeding, decreased blood cells, pneumonia, and heart problems. If these symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately. Dizziness may occur while taking this medication, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. Since this medication is metabolized in the liver, caution should be taken regarding changes in blood concentration when used in combination with drugs that inhibit or induce liver metabolic enzymes and avoid taking it with grapefruit juice. Pregnant or nursing women should not take this medication, and breastfeeding should be discontinued if using this medication. The safety for children or newborns has not been established, so use is not recommended. Elderly patients may have decreased physical function, so careful dosage adjustments may be necessary.
