This medication improves gastrointestinal functional abnormalities including symptoms such as gastroesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, and abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, and vomiting caused by gastric and duodenal inflammation and ulcers. It is also effective in alleviating abdominal pain and discomfort caused by irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon. In children, it is used to treat habitual vomiting and non-infectious bowel transit disorders such as constipation and diarrhea. It effectively manages and improves symptoms from various gastrointestinal-related diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet orally, 3 times a day before meals. Adjust dosage appropriately depending on age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose, and should not be used by patients with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal-related side effects may rarely occur, including constipation or diarrhea, abdominal sounds, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, dry mouth, or a feeling of numbness in the mouth. Additionally, symptoms such as palpitations, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, lethargy, and headache may rarely occur as neurological symptoms. Liver function test results may temporarily rise, so attention to liver health is necessary. If a skin rash appears as a hypersensitivity reaction, you should stop taking this medication immediately. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should use this medication only when the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks, as its safety is not confirmed. It is advisable for breastfeeding women not to take this medication, and if it is absolutely necessary, they should stop breastfeeding.
