Relief of musculoskeletal pain and inflammation such as degenerative arthritis.
This medication is used to relieve various pain and inflammatory conditions such as degenerative arthritis, adhesive capsulitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), myalgia, and post-injury swelling and pain. These symptoms are mainly accompanied by inflammation and pain of the joints, tendons, and muscles, thus, this medication helps to reduce pain and alleviate inflammation, improving discomfort. Therefore, this medication is effectively used for treating symptoms caused by pain and inflammation.
Apply to the affected area (area of disease) twice a day.
This medication contains the ingredient indomethacin and should not be used in certain patients. First, it should not be administered to patients who have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to this medication or indomethacin. Additionally, patients with a history of specific asthma attacks known as aspirin asthma, or who have experienced symptoms such as bronchospasm, rhinitis, angioedema after using aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not use this medication. This medication has not been established as safe for children under 14 years of age, so it is preferable not to use it. For patients with bronchial asthma, this medication should be used with caution as it may trigger severe asthma attacks. During use, skin reactions such as itching, redness, rash, contact dermatitis, and eczema may occur, and rarely, symptoms such as warmth, swelling, flushing, hypersensitivity, photosensitivity, burning sensation, irritation, dryness, numbness, gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, and dizziness may appear. If these symptoms become severe, discontinue use immediately. Particularly in patients with psoriasis, caution is needed as symptoms may worsen. This medication can hide skin infections that are not outwardly visible, so when used for inflammation accompanied by infection, it should be carefully monitored when used in conjunction with antibiotics or antifungals. When used for chronic conditions such as chronic arthritis, additional treatment methods should be considered alongside drug therapy, and the patient's condition should be carefully monitored. If the recommended dose is exceeded or if applied over a large area for a prolonged period, systemic side effects can occur, so caution is necessary. There have been reports of hypersensitivity shock after application to postoperative wounds, so it should be used with caution on surgical sites. Overdose of this medication may result in severe symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe headache, dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, insomnia, visual disturbances, seizures, hypotension, and respiratory distress, thus immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. In cases of overdose, appropriate treatment regarding gastric lavage, activated charcoal administration, and electrolyte balance adjustment is needed. During the third trimester of pregnancy, it is advisable not to use this medication as it may pose risks to the fetus and newborn. Animal studies in early and mid-pregnancy have shown no significant issues, but safety in humans is not certain. Additionally, this medication may be secreted in breast milk, so it is recommended not to use it in nursing mothers. This medication must be used topically only and should not be applied to areas with wounds, bleeding skin disorders, infected areas, burns, or the eyes and mucous membranes. Applying it to damaged skin areas may cause temporary irritation or numbness, so caution is required. It should not be used with occlusive bandage techniques, and patients allergic to the ingredient propylene glycol included in this medication should use it with caution.

This medication may be sensitive to light, so it should be stored in an opaque container that blocks light. Additionally, it is best to store the medication at a normal room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius, not in excessively hot or cold places. This way of storage helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication for a longer period.
This medicine is an adhesive preparation coated with a flesh-colored lint-free material in a pale yellow (light yellow) viscous substance, covered with a release liner on the solid backing.
