For individuals 16 years and older, a single dose is 1 tablet (75mg), with a maximum daily dose of 2 tablets (150mg).
This medication should not be taken by those who have had an allergic reaction to any of its components. If you have difficulty swallowing food, experience pain while swallowing, or vomit blood or have blood in your stools, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is necessary to consult a professional if heartburn symptoms persist for more than 3 months or if they occur alongside dizziness, cold sweats, or lightheadedness. If you experience pain in your chest or shoulders, or have difficulty breathing, you should seek consultation immediately, especially if chest pain occurs frequently. Consult a professional before taking this medication if you experience unexpected weight loss, nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain. Those currently taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, with a history of drug allergies, those with kidney or liver problems, the elderly, individuals with a history of acute porphyria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should definitely consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication may interact with other drugs, potentially affecting their efficacy or side effects, so inform your healthcare provider if you are taking any other medications. If symptoms do not improve or worsen while taking this medication, or if you need to take it for more than 14 days, you must stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If you experience serious side effects such as hives, rash, difficulty breathing, blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, heart issues, gastrointestinal symptoms, neurological disturbances, muscle pain, or skin disorders while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may mask symptoms of stomach cancer, so it is advisable to use it temporarily only for symptom relief. Certain medications can affect the absorption of this medication when taken together, so it may be necessary to adjust the dosing intervals. In case of overdose, emergency treatment such as vomiting or gastric lavage may be required, and in some cases, hemodialysis may be necessary. This medication should not be taken with alcoholic beverages, and you should consult a professional if there are changes in your physical condition after administration. The elderly or patients with chronic lung disease, diabetes, or weakened immune systems may have an increased risk of pneumonia, so caution is advised.
