J-Cain Premium Gel (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply 0.25-0.66 grams (23-62 milligrams of lidocaine) 5-15 minutes before intercourse. Dosage and application time may vary by individual; use the lowest effective dose. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 grams (184 milligrams of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medicine should not be used in certain patients. Avoid use if you or your partner are allergic to this medicine or similar types of local anesthetics. It is also advisable not to use it on patients with wounds or inflammation at the application site. Pregnant individuals should not use this medicine. Patients with liver or kidney disease should use this medication with caution. This medication contains propylene glycol; therefore, patients who have had an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should use it with caution. If skin rash or irritation occurs during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if symptoms persist. Avoid using for an extended period of over 3 months without a doctor's instructions. This medication is for topical use only and should not be applied to mucosal areas such as the eyes or nose. Additionally, it is not advisable to apply repeatedly to the same area. Finally, keep this medicine out of reach of children or infants.
