Relief of eczema, dermatitis (such as itching), and skin irritation symptoms
This medicine is used for the treatment of eczema, dermatitis, itching, and insect bites. It is also effective in temporarily relieving skin irritation symptoms caused by poison ivy, oak, sumac, soap, detergents, cosmetics, and jewelry, as well as itching in the genital and anal areas. Available in ointment, cream, lotion, and aerosol forms, it can be conveniently used for various skin conditions. This product helps improve itching and irritation so that patients can maintain a more comfortable skin condition.
(Ointment) (Cream) Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-3 times a day and adjust as necessary according to symptoms. (Lotion) Shake well before use and apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-3 times a day, adjusting as necessary according to symptoms. (Aerosol) Shake well before use and spray an appropriate amount on the affected area 1-2 times a day.
(Aerosol) Children over 2 years: Shake well before use and spray an appropriate amount on the affected area 1-2 times a day.
This medicine should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It should also not be used if there is a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its components. Patients with eczematous otitis externa with perforation of the tympanic membrane should be cautious, as this drug may delay wound healing. For patients with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, it is advisable not to use this product, as skin regeneration may be suppressed, delaying healing. It is preferable not to use this product in patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or non-inflammatory pruritus. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should use this drug cautiously, especially children under 2 years of age should use it only after consulting a physician. Elderly patients should also be cautious regarding the potential for side effects when using this drug. Skin infections may worsen while using this drug; therefore, if symptoms of infection appear, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Prolonged or extensive use may lead to systemic steroid side effects, so caution is required, and regular check-ups may be necessary. When used around the eyes, there is a risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma, so it should be used carefully near the eyes. It is safe to limit the duration of treatment to less than 7 days, and it is advisable to discontinue use as soon as symptoms improve. Pregnant and nursing women should use the minimal dose and for the shortest duration possible to minimize risks to the fetus or infant. In children, long-term use should be avoided due to risks of adrenal suppression or growth delay, and special caution is needed for areas under diapers. Elderly patients are at a higher risk of side effects, so more careful monitoring is necessary when used in large amounts or for a long time. In case of overdose, systemic steroid side effects may occur, so it should be managed properly according to a physician's instructions. This drug should not be used for ophthalmic purposes and should not be used after makeup or shaving except for treatment purposes. Using a sealed bandage increases the risk of infection, so it should be used only under the supervision of a physician, and the affected area should be kept clean. Facial skin is very sensitive to the medication, so long-term use is not recommended. Keep out of reach of children, and if a psoriasis patient uses it in large amounts for a long time, there is a rare possibility of skin condition worsening, so caution is needed.
