Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with various infections (bacterial, fungal, viral) as it may worsen symptoms. Additionally, patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this medication or any of its components should not use it. Avoid use in patients with perforated eardrum, ulcers, severe burns, or perioral dermatitis. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and children or adolescents should consult a physician or pharmacist before using this medication. If any symptoms of infection or adverse reactions such as irritation, rash, itching, or redness occur on the skin during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use may cause side effects such as acne, skin atrophy, and pigmentation changes, so caution is advised. This medication contains corticosteroids, so if used over a large area for a long time or with an occlusive dressing, it may have systemic effects, necessitating regular check-ups. Patients with poor kidney function or ear problems should avoid long-term use. When used in children, it should be administered under adult supervision, using the minimum amount possible, as the risk of side effects is higher relative to body weight. This medication may increase intraocular pressure or pose a risk of glaucoma when used around the eyes, so care must be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, and it should not be used for ophthalmic purposes. The treatment duration varies with symptoms; however, if symptoms do not improve after 3-4 weeks of use, it should be discontinued and an assessment for other conditions made. When using this medication, strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and applications, and avoid using it for purposes other than treatment, such as after makeup or shaving. If allergic symptoms such as redness, swelling, or blisters occur on the skin after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Store this medication out of reach of children, in its original sealed container for safety.
