This medication is used to relieve pain and muscle spasms caused by musculoskeletal disorders. It is effective for conditions such as shoulder girdle syndrome, pericapsulitis of the shoulder joint, and low back pain. Additionally, it helps improve muscle stiffness caused by neurological disorders, which include various neurological diseases such as cerebrovascular disorders, spastic spinal paralysis, and cervical spondylosis. It is also used for spastic paralysis resulting from postoperative complications or trauma, and is applicable for neuromuscular disorders such as cerebral palsy and spinocerebellar degeneration. This medication alleviates pain and spastic paralysis symptoms, assisting in the functional recovery and improved quality of life for patients.

How to take

Adult dose

For eperison hydrochloride, take 50 mg orally three times a day after meals. Adjust dosage as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. First, individuals allergic to this medication should avoid taking it. Additionally, this medication is not administered to patients with myasthenia gravis. This medication contains lactose, so those with galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking it.
