Precautions

This medication must be stored out of reach of children to prevent serious poisoning and death due to accidental overdose by children. People with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, and individuals with certain iron metabolism disorders should not use it. Additionally, patients with iron overload or specific types of anemia, those with chronic pancreatitis or liver cirrhosis should also avoid taking this medication. During treatment, it is advised not to take this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, or antacids, and to avoid tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea, as well as milk or dairy products. Individuals with specific illnesses or those taking other medications, especially those with heart disease, kidney problems, or gastrointestinal disorders, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as hives, itching, skin reactions, gastrointestinal disturbances, fever, or decreased consciousness occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. It is crucial to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration and to accurately identify the cause of anemia before use.
