Improvement of epithelial disorders in the conjunctiva (endogenous and exogenous).
This medication is used for the treatment of epithelial disorders in the conjunctiva caused by endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane disease, and dry eye syndrome, as well as exogenous causes such as surgery, medication use, trauma, and contact lens wear.
Instill 1 drop at a time, 5-6 times a day. Adjust the dosage as needed according to the symptoms. Usually, a 0.1% preparation is administered, and if there is insufficient effect in severe conditions, a 0.3% preparation is given.
This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to protein ingredients or any components of this medication. Using this medication may result in symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, eye redness, inflammation of the corneal surface, and foreign body sensation. If these symptoms occur, usage should be stopped immediately and appropriate treatment sought. Additionally, occasionally, discharge or eye pain may occur, so it is recommended to stop use if these symptoms are present. Inflammation of the eyelids or dermatitis may sometimes occur, and if these symptoms are present, use should be discontinued and treatment should be sought. This medication may cause more side effects if used together with steroids, dry eye treatments, antibiotics, glaucoma treatments, antihistamines, cataract treatments, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so caution should be exercised. Do not use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; if it must be used together, use the other eye drop first, and then apply this medication at least 30 minutes later. This product is made for eye use only, and care must be taken not to let the tip of the container come into contact with the eyelids or eyelashes. Otherwise, discharge or bacteria may enter the medication, contaminating it. For single-use products, the first 1-2 drops should be discarded when used for the first time, and any remaining contents must be discarded immediately after opening. It is best not to share the product with others, and it should be kept out of the reach of children. Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, and to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
