This medication is effective for fever and pain due to colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. It is also used to treat various types of pain including headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. Additionally, it helps with ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (sprains, bruises), as well as non-articular rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This medication is widely used for various pains and inflammatory conditions, effectively alleviating pain and reducing inflammation. It should be used appropriately according to the patient's condition to help improve symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Take 200-600mg orally 3-4 times daily. Mild to moderate pain, colds: Take 200-400mg orally 3-4 times daily. Migraine: Take 200-400mg orally, not exceeding two capsules in a 24-hour period.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication when receiving high-dose methotrexate as part of cancer therapy. Do not use it together with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
