Vitamin B1 helps alleviate neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin C improves pigmentation (melasma, freckles) due to sunlight or skin diseases and prevents non-bleeding issues such as gum bleeding and nosebleeds. These nutrients are used to improve overall physical strength and enhance health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults over 12 years: 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Child dose

Children over 12 years: 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions
