Precautions

Patients who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. In individuals with cardiovascular disease or risk factors, caution is necessary as this medication can lead to serious cardiovascular issues such as thrombosis, myocardial infarction, or stroke. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, or slurred speech occur. This medication may cause severe gastrointestinal issues such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, especially in elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease. If symptoms such as indigestion, abdominal pain, or black stools occur, medical evaluation should be sought immediately. This medication can cause serious skin and allergic reactions, so if symptoms such as rash, mucosal damage, or difficulty breathing occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately. It may affect kidney function; therefore, patients with renal disease or those taking diuretics or antihypertensive medications should regularly monitor their kidney function. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should not take this medication, and nursing mothers should also avoid using it. When used in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the risk of side effects may increase, so consult a physician if taking other antipyretics or analgesics. Be cautious of drowsiness, dizziness, or visual disturbances while driving or operating machinery. Overdose may result in nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, with severe cases leading to renal failure, liver failure, or heart problems, requiring immediate medical attention.
