Thus, Vitamin E is used to improve blood circulation and maintain muscle health.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults 12 years and older should take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. It is also advised to avoid usage in infants under 12 months of age and patients with severe renal dysfunction. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk for thrombosis should be careful as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking this medication. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may appear, so caution is necessary. Particularly, taking it alongside aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may cause hyperkalemia, so be cautious when combined. If symptoms do not improve after use, or if there is no effect after more than a month of taking, consult a professional. This medication should be taken strictly as directed, and tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea should be avoided before, during, and after taking. When storing, keep it in an airtight container to prevent air or moisture from entering, store at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This ensures the medication's effectiveness is maintained for a longer period. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
