Relief of symptoms associated with eczema and dermatitis (such as itchy skin) and skin irritation.
This medication is primarily used for eczema, dermatitis, itchy skin, insect bites, and skin irritation due to toxic plants or chemicals. It is also effective for temporarily alleviating itching symptoms in the genital and anal areas. Ointments, creams, and lotions are mainly used for skin protection and inflammation relief, while aerosols can be conveniently applied to severely irritated skin areas. These medications help improve skin conditions and reduce uncomfortable symptoms, thus are used for such skin diseases and itching symptoms.
(Ointment)(Cream) Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day and adjust as needed based on symptoms. (Lotion) Shake well before use, then apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day and adjust as needed based on symptoms.
(Aerosol) Adults and children aged 2 years and older: Shake well before use, then spray an appropriate amount on the affected area once or twice a day.
This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It should also not be used by individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with eczematous otitis externa and perforation of the tympanic membrane should avoid this medication as it may delay healing. It is advisable not to use it in case of ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as skin regeneration may be disrupted, leading to delayed recovery. This medication is also not suitable for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or non-inflammatory itching. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant and breastfeeding individuals should use this medication cautiously, especially for children under 2 years old, it is safe to use only after consulting a doctor. Elderly patients should also use it carefully due to a higher risk of side effects. Using this medication may lead to bacterial or fungal skin infections, skin irritation, rashes, itching, and skin dryness. If such symptoms occur, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor. Long-term use may cause skin thinning, blood vessel dilation, and acne-like side effects, so dosage should be gradually reduced. If absorbed systemically, this medication may affect hormonal functions, with symptoms such as weight gain, growth delays, diabetes, and hypertension, so caution is needed. When applied around the eyes, caution must be exercised due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma. Generally, it should not be used for eczema or dermatitis accompanied by skin infections, but if unavoidable, it should be used with appropriate antibiotics, and should be stopped immediately if symptoms worsen. Furthermore, it is advisable not to use this medication for more than 7 days. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this medication at the minimum effective dose and duration, ensuring that the baby does not ingest the medication by avoiding application to the breast area. Children's skin is more sensitive and the medication may be absorbed more, so they should not use it for long periods and care should be taken with areas covered by diapers. Elderly patients may experience side effects more readily, so close monitoring by healthcare professionals is necessary during extensive or prolonged use. Overuse may result in systemic side effects, so symptoms should be reported to healthcare professionals immediately. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes and should not be used for non-therapeutic purposes such as applying it after makeup or shaving. Bandaging should be done according to a doctor's instructions, and it should not be used on the facial area for extended periods. Lastly, it should be kept out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
Folliculitis, boils, skin irritation, pain, fever, burning sensation, rash, redness, flushing, itching, skin dryness, pustular dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, heat rash, hives, wound exacerbation, pressure ulcer, pustulosis, urticaria, skin peeling, pigmentary changes, local irritation/pain at application site, steroid-induced acne, steroid-induced skin changes (skin atrophy, telangiectasia, purpura), steroid-induced rosacea, perioral dermatitis, skin changes due to herpes simplex.

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from exposure to air and moisture. It is best to maintain storage temperature at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
