Improvement of limb usage disorders due to stroke (in Soeum type).
This medicine is used to relieve symptoms such as limb paralysis experienced by stroke patients of the Soeum constitution. It helps improve symptoms of limited movement in hands and feet caused by a stroke, aiding in the recovery of functional daily life. This treatment supports the gradual improvement of the patient's physical functions.
Typically, for adults, take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
This medicine should not be used by individuals outside of the Soeum constitution. Additionally, this medicine contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or genetic issues such as glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. People with hypertension or heart and kidney diseases should use this medicine cautiously, and those with edema or weak gastrointestinal tracts should also exercise caution. Particularly, the elderly should take care, as their body functions may be weakened, and the dosage may need to be reduced. Individuals currently taking other medications or receiving treatment should consult with a healthcare professional before use. If this medicine causes swelling in the face or limbs, increased blood pressure, or headaches, you should stop taking it immediately if any adverse reactions occur. Muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis may also occur, so these symptoms should be monitored closely. Skin rashes or hives may develop, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may occur. Before taking, consult with a doctor, traditional medicine practitioner, or pharmacist, and strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage. Children should take it under the supervision of a guardian, and particularly, it should not be used in infants under 1 year of age. For long-term use, consult with a healthcare professional, and when using with other traditional medicines or herbs, care should be taken to avoid ingredient overlap. If symptoms do not improve after a certain period of use, consult with a healthcare professional. Caution is needed if taken together with other medications containing potassium or licorice, as well as certain diuretics, due to an increased risk of side effects. Pregnant women or those who could become pregnant should only use this medicine when the benefits outweigh the risks.
