Relief of inflammation and pain from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
This medication is used for inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis, as well as for periarticular inflammation around the shoulder. It is also helpful in alleviating pain from dental pain, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism. It is primarily used to reduce inflammation and pain in the joints and surrounding tissues to improve discomfort in daily life.
As aceclofenac, take 100 mg twice a day every 12 hours. Do not chew or crush the tablet; take it whole. Adjust dosage as needed according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, administer the lowest effective dosage for the shortest duration.
This medicine can increase the risk of gastric bleeding in persons who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, thus patients with a history of or risk factors for heart or cerebrovascular disease should be administered cautiously and should use as low a dose and for the shortest duration possible. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations. Special caution is required for elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Patients with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, a history of allergic reactions to this medication or similar drugs, severe heart failure, or renal and liver function impairment should not take this medication. Patients with poor kidney function, heart failure, hypertension, and asthma history should exercise greater caution when using this medication and closely monitor their condition before and after administration. Side effects such as dizziness, gastrointestinal disorders, liver function abnormalities, and skin rashes may occur with this medication, so if any unusual symptoms arise, immediate consultation with medical personnel is advised. This drug may interact with other medications, especially anticoagulants, diuretics, and antidiabetic drugs, so consultation with a doctor is necessary, especially if these medications are being taken. This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, and it is recommended to use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible during early or mid-pregnancy. For breastfeeding women, it is important to consult a doctor about the possibility of this medication being excreted in breast milk, which may require stopping breastfeeding or discontinuing the medication. Safety and efficacy for children and adolescents have not been established, so it is advisable not to use this medication in those populations. Elderly patients are at higher risk for gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, so particular care is necessary when taking this medication. Overdose may present symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures, requiring immediate medical attention.
Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in the mouth/eye mucosa, severe skin reactions, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues with cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue, liver issues (jaundice), sudden and severe headaches.

This medicine should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain storage temperatures between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius to preserve the medication's effectiveness.
