This medication is used for the alleviation of pain associated with rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and periarthritis of the shoulder, as well as dental pain, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatic pain.

How to take

Adult dose

As Aceclofenac, take 100 mg twice a day every 12 hours. Do not chew or crush the tablet; swallow it whole. Adjust the dosage as appropriate according to the symptoms. To minimize the risk of cardiovascular adverse effects, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

People who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as taking it with alcohol may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This drug may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. Patients with cardiovascular risk factors such as heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, and smoking should use this drug with caution. The dose and duration should be minimized, and treatment effects and side effects should be monitored regularly. Additionally, this drug can cause serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation.
