For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer orally 200-600mg once, 3-4 times a day. For mild and moderate pain, colds: Administer orally 200-400mg once, 3-4 times a day. For migraine: Administer 200-400mg orally, not exceeding 2 capsules within 24 hours.
Children's dosage
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer orally in 3-4 divided doses of 30-40mg per kg of body weight per day. For adolescents aged 12 years and older: Administer orally 200-400mg once, 3-4 times a day. Weight under 30kg.

This medication reduces fever and pain caused by colds and is effective for treating inflammatory joint diseases such as low back pain and menstrual pain, as well as rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, it is used to relieve pain after surgery and helps with various types of pain like headache, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It can also be used for ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries such as sprains or contusions. It is useful in treating non-articular rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. It is widely used to improve various pains and inflammatory diseases.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer orally 200-600mg once, 3-4 times a day. For mild and moderate pain, colds: Administer orally 200-400mg once, 3-4 times a day. For migraine: Administer 200-400mg orally, not exceeding 2 capsules within 24 hours.

Precautions

While breastfeeding, this medication may be transmitted through breast milk and cause serious adverse reactions in infants, so either stop breastfeeding or consult a doctor while taking it. Individuals with a history of blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or hypertension should always consult medical personnel before taking this medication. Specifically, this medication may raise blood pressure or exacerbate existing hypertension, so blood pressure should be monitored frequently, and caution should be exercised when taking it with several drugs that may interact (e.g., lithium, anticoagulants, diuretics, etc.). If serious side effects such as allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, severe gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, liver dysfunction, kidney issues, or cardiovascular problems occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication should be taken at the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration, and if symptoms of pain or fever persist or worsen, consult a doctor. During pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, taking this medication may pose risks to the fetus, so pregnant women should not take it. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with high-dose methotrexate. Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
