This medication is an anti-inflammatory pain reliever made from fluorobiprophen. First, this medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to fluorobiprophen or similar drugs. Additionally, people with a specific asthma condition known as aspirin-induced asthma or a history of it should avoid using this medication as it may trigger an asthma attack. Those with bronchial asthma should be particularly cautious when using this medication, as there is a risk of asthma attacks, and it should be administered carefully. Occasionally, while using this medication, symptoms such as redness, rash, itching, or stinging may appear on the skin. If these symptoms occur, the use should be discontinued immediately. If initial symptoms of an asthma attack appear, such as difficulty breathing, wheezing, or dry cough, the use of this medication should be stopped and medical attention should be sought. This medication serves as symptomatic relief for inflammation and pain, and it does not treat the underlying cause. When used on areas with skin infections, it may worsen the infection, so it should be used in conjunction with antibiotics or antifungals, and the condition should be monitored closely. When using for chronic conditions like degenerative arthritis, other treatment methods should also be considered alongside medication, and careful attention should be paid to the occurrence of side effects. In the early and mid-stages of pregnancy, it should be used only when absolutely necessary, with lower doses and a shorter duration wherever possible. In the later stages of pregnancy, it is advisable to avoid this medication due to potential risks to the fetus and mother. For children, safety has not been adequately established, so it should be used cautiously. Elderly individuals may have weakened skin, so the condition of the application site should be examined carefully when using this medication. Finally, this medication should not be used on damaged or wounded skin, or areas with eczema or rashes, and the sweat on the application area should be washed off before applying.
