Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with certain skin infections. For example, applying this medication to areas with bacterial, fungal, viral, or parasitic skin infections may worsen the symptoms. Patients who are allergic or hypersensitive to this medication or its ingredients should also avoid its use. Care should be taken when applying this medication to areas with a perforated eardrum or severe burns and ulcers, as it may delay wound healing. It is safe to avoid use on wounds around the eyes, eyelids, or breast. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as children, should use this medication with caution, especially children who should use it under parental supervision. Prolonged use or application over large areas can lead to various side effects on the skin, such as skin irritation, rashes, itching, thinning of the skin, or pigmentation changes. Additionally, prolonged use may affect the body's hormonal system, requiring regular monitoring. Applying this medication to eyelids may increase intraocular pressure, posing a risk of glaucoma-like eye diseases. If a skin infection worsens or a new infection occurs while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and it is advisable to stop using it as soon as symptoms improve. Discontinue use if symptoms of sensitization, such as itching, redness, or swelling, occur. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should carefully consider the risks and benefits of using this medication, especially avoiding application to the breast area while breastfeeding. Children may be more sensitive to medications than adults, so caution is needed during use, and be cautious of excessive absorption due to diapers, etc. This medication should not be used directly in the eyes; if it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek ophthalmic treatment if necessary. Furthermore, it should not be used for purposes other than treatment after makeup or shaving, and when using the occlusive dressing method, the instructions of the physician should be followed strictly. Lastly, keep this medication out of reach of children, and caution should be exercised as prolonged and excessive use in psoriasis patients may aggravate their skin condition.
