It also reduces fatigue in the eyes and helps to alleviate pigmentation such as melasma and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases. It is effective in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds, and helps to maintain health by supplying vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, or during and after illness.
