For example, it should not be administered to patients who have an allergic reaction to this medication, those with myasthenia gravis, and those with genetic disorders preventing lactose digestion. Additionally, patients allergic to soybean oil or peanuts should avoid this medication, as these allergic reactions can cause serious side effects. Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with drug hypersensitivity, poor liver function, and those with fat metabolism disorders. While taking this medication, rare side effects may occur, such as shock, liver and kidney dysfunction, anemia, skin rashes, neurological symptoms, gastrointestinal issues, urinary abnormalities, and general fatigue. If such symptoms appear, immediate consultation with a doctor is necessary. In particular, symptoms such as toxic epidermal necrolysis syndrome, a serious skin adverse reaction, may appear. If any skin rashes, blisters, itching, eye redness, or stomatitis occur, stop using the medication immediately and inform healthcare professionals. Sleepiness or decreased concentration may occur while taking this medication, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage as needed, and if taking other lipid-lowering agents, the dosage should be adjusted based on the lipid content. The safety of this medication during pregnancy has not been established, therefore, it should be administered cautiously under a doctor's judgment to pregnant or potentially pregnant women, and breastfeeding should be avoided or breastfeeding stopped if the medication is used.
