How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Aceclofenac 100 mg to be taken twice a day every 12 hours. In patients with liver impairment: Initial dosage of 100 mg once daily. This medication should be taken whole, without chewing or breaking. Dosage may be adjusted according to symptoms. Patients who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily may face an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taking this medication, so consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. This medication can significantly increase the risk of serious complications in the cardiovascular system and cerebrovascular system, so patients with risk factors such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or smoking should carefully consider whether to take it. The longer the dosage and treatment duration, the higher the cardiovascular risk may become, so it should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest period possible, and therapeutic effects and side effects should be monitored regularly.
