This drug should not be used in patients at high risk of bleeding or those who have recently experienced bleeding disorders. Patients with congestive heart failure, those with hypersensitivity to any component of this drug, and pregnant or nursing women should also not be administered this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants or anti-platelet agents that increase bleeding risk should closely monitor for bleeding while using this drug. Women during menstruation, patients with coronary artery stenosis, severe renal failure or hepatic failure, and those with diabetes should be administered this drug cautiously. This drug can cause various adverse reactions, particularly requiring attention for bleeding, blood abnormalities, interstitial pneumonia, and cardiac-related adverse reactions. If signs of blood disorders appear during administration, such as bleeding, fever, or sore throat, notify healthcare personnel immediately, and discontinue use if necessary. This medication may cause dizziness, so caution is needed during driving or operating machinery. This drug is metabolized in the liver, and when used in combination with certain medications, blood concentration may increase, requiring dose adjustment and monitoring. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should not take this medication, and those who are nursing should discontinue use and stop breastfeeding. Special caution is needed when administering to children and the elderly, and elderly patients may need dose adjustment due to decreased physiological functions. In case of overdose, severe headaches, diarrhea, hypotension, tachycardia, and cardiac arrhythmia may occur, requiring immediate medical treatment.
