This medication is used for the relief of pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), as well as adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder, toothache, post-traumatic inflammation, back pain, sciatica, and pain due to non-articular rheumatism.

How to take

Adult dose

As aceclofenac, take 100 mg once every 12 hours, twice a day. Do not chew or crush the tablet, take it whole. Adjust the dose appropriately according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol per day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, so patients with risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or smoking should use it with caution. Mild side effects

Dizziness, abnormal liver enzyme levels, itching, rash, blood and lymphatic system abnormalities (anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc.), hyperkalemia, depression, strange dreams, insomnia, visual disturbances, sensory abnormalities, tremors, drowsiness, headache, taste disorders, neck stiffness, fever, disorientation, confusion, hallucinations, tinnitus, fatigue, palpitations, facial flushing, hypertension, heart failure, bronchospasm, wheezing, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea.
