Precautions

This medicine should not be used around the eyes or eyelids. Avoid usage on areas with bacterial, fungal, viral infections, or infections caused by animals, as this may worsen symptoms. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should not use it. Caution should be taken for patients with otitis externa who have a perforated tympanic membrane, as usage may delay healing. In cases of severe burns or ulcers, use should be avoided as it may inhibit skin regeneration and delay wound healing. Patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea should also avoid using this medication. It should not be used in children under 3 years of age. Because it contains corticosteroids, using it for more than 7 days in the presence of untreated infections can cause the infection to spread or mask symptoms. Long-term or large-scale use in conjunction with other topical antibiotics may cause allergic reactions or resistance, so caution is needed. Pregnant women or women of childbearing potential should consult with a physician before usage as it may pose risks to the fetus. Nursing mothers should also exercise caution, as the ingredients of this medication may be transmitted through breast milk. Children over 3 years of age may have a higher risk of adverse effects due to increased absorption relative to body surface area, so they should use it under parental supervision. If symptoms of skin infection, irritation, rash, or itching appear during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Prolonged use may lead to thinning of the skin or vasodilation, so ongoing monitoring is necessary. Large scale or prolonged usage may lead to suppression of pituitary-adrenal function, so regular examinations may be necessary. It should not be used around the eyes as it may increase intraocular pressure or pose a risk of glaucoma. If symptoms do not improve or worsen over a period of 2 weeks, consult a specialist immediately. Adhering to the prescribed method of usage and dosage is crucial, and prolonged excessive use in facial or flexural areas should be avoided. It is advisable not to use this medication after makeup or shaving unless for treatment purposes. If using occlusive dressings, follow the physician's instruction strictly and ensure the area is clean to reduce infection risk. It should not be used for more than 2 weeks, and if any visual disturbances occur after use, seek ophthalmological care immediately. Store this medication out of reach of children and keep it properly sealed in its original container.
