Key information summary
Efficacy & effects
This medication helps to thin mucus in acute and chronic respiratory diseases, facilitating the expulsion of phlegm during coughing. This supports the respiratory system to function more smoothly. By lowering the viscosity of mucus in the respiratory tract, it effectively removes foreign substances from the airways and makes breathing easier. This action alleviates the respiratory symptoms in patients and provides a comfortable breathing environment. Therefore, it is used for mucolysis and expectoration in acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
