This medicine is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness that occur due to chronic arterial occlusive disease. It also helps in preventing recurrences after the occurrence of cerebral infarction. Therefore, it is effective in alleviating symptoms related to blood circulation problems and reducing the risk of recurrence of cerebral infarction.

How to take

Adult dose

As cilostazol, the usual adult dose is 100mg orally, twice daily. Adjust dosage appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This drug may increase heart rate and worsen angina symptoms, so caution is advised for patients with angina. It should not be used in patients with a high risk of bleeding or those who have recently had bleeding disorders or surgeries. Patients with congestive heart failure or hypersensitivity to this drug's components, as well as pregnant or nursing women, should avoid administration. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, etc., should use it cautiously due to increased bleeding risk. Women during menstruation also need caution due to bleeding risks.
