Hyarein Mini Eye Drops 0.1% (Sodium Hyaluronate) (Single-use)

Adult eye dose

0.1%, 0.3%: Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day. Adjust according to symptoms. Generally, the 0.1% formulation is administered; if the effect is insufficient in cases of severe disease, the 0.3% formulation may be applied. The remaining liquid and container should be discarded immediately after use.

This medicine is an eye drop containing sodium hyaluronate as the active ingredient, designed to relieve dryness of the eyes and assist lubrication. It should not be used by patients who have allergies to protein-based drugs or have previously shown hypersensitivity to any components. During use, symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, congestion, or problems with the cornea may occur. If these symptoms appear, use should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment should be sought. Rarely, discomfort such as eye discharge or eye pain may develop, so caution is advised. Additionally, eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may occur, and if these symptoms arise, use should be stopped and a doctor should be consulted. Using this medication along with other eye medications may increase the occurrence of side effects; therefore, if another eye drop is to be used, it should be given at least 30 minutes apart. This medication is intended solely for use in the eyes, and care should be taken to avoid contact between the tip of the container and the eyes or eyelashes to prevent contamination. For single-use products, the first 1-2 drops should be discarded. Once opened, it should be used immediately, and any remaining solution should be discarded. It is recommended not to share this medication with others and to keep it out of reach of children. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and it is important not to transfer to another container to maintain the quality of the medication.
