Pain relief for degenerative arthritis (osteoarthritis) and muscle pain.
This medication is used to relieve pain associated with degenerative arthritis, periarthritis of the shoulder, tendinitis, epicondylitis, tennis elbow, muscle pain, and swelling and pain caused by trauma. It helps reduce the main symptoms of pain and inflammation, making daily life more comfortable for patients. Due to these effects, it is effective in improving discomfort in the joints and muscles. This medication aids in pain relief and inflammation control, contributing to health recovery.
(Cataplasma) After removing the peeling paper from the surface, apply 1 sheet to the affected area twice a day. (Ointment) Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day as needed.
This medication should not be used by patients who have previously experienced an allergic reaction to this medication, its ingredients, or other Felbinac formulations. Caution is required when administering this medication to patients who have experienced asthma or have a history of asthma attacks when taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as it may induce an asthma attack. Individuals who have had urticaria or acute rhinitis symptoms due to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not use this medication. For patients with bronchial asthma, caution should be exercised when administering this medication due to the risk of asthma attacks. While using this medication, skin irritation, redness, rashes, eczema, contact dermatitis, stinging sensations, or blisters may occur; if symptoms are severe, discontinue use immediately. Additionally, severe hypersensitivity reactions, including urticaria or bronchospasm, may occur occasionally; if unusual symptoms appear, stop use immediately. This ointment form can occasionally cause gastrointestinal disturbances, so consult your doctor if discomfort occurs during use. Remember that this medication does not directly treat the causes of pain or inflammation but helps alleviate symptoms. When using this medication on inflamed areas with accompanying skin infections, use appropriate antibiotics or antifungals in conjunction and monitor the condition closely to prevent worsening of the infection. When using for chronic conditions like degenerative arthritis, consider additional therapeutic methods along with medication and monitor the patient’s condition carefully for any adverse effects. In the late stages of pregnancy, this medication may cause delayed delivery or obstructed labor; therefore, it is safer for pregnant or potentially pregnant women and nursing mothers to avoid using this medication. Safety in children has not been sufficiently established, so use with caution in pediatric patients. Do not use this medication on damaged skin or mucous membranes, or on areas with eczema or rashes, and take care to avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Using on damaged skin may cause temporary irritation or tingling sensations, so use with caution, and the ointment form should not be covered with a seal bandage.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is advisable to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
