Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three cups of alcohol daily, as there is a risk of gastric bleeding. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug component in this medication may increase the risk of serious thrombotic events such as cardiovascular diseases, myocardial infarction, and stroke, especially for individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. While taking this medication, careful monitoring for cardiovascular symptoms is necessary, and immediate consultation with medical personnel should occur if symptoms arise. Additionally, this medication can cause severe gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastric bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, so individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or older adults should take this medication more cautiously. Individuals with peptic ulcer disease, bleeding disorders, severe renal or liver function impairment, or pregnant women should avoid taking this medication. During treatment, do not exceed the recommended dosage, and do not take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Breastfeeding women should discontinue nursing or stop taking this medication as it can be transmitted through breast milk and cause adverse reactions in the baby. Individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, hypertension, heart diseases, etc. must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as interactions may occur with specific drugs. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, blood pressure changes, or renal function abnormalities occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult with healthcare providers. This medication should ideally be administered at the lowest effective dose and shortest duration possible. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary with prolonged use. Especially for older adults or individuals with chronic diseases, extra caution is warranted when taking this medication. Overdose may lead to serious side effects such as dizziness, vomiting, liver dysfunction, or renal failure, necessitating immediate medical attention. Keep the medication out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent degradation or misuse.
