Relief of inflammation and pain in chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
This medication is used for various joint diseases, including chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It also helps alleviate pain and inflammation caused by osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It is effective in reducing painful swelling and inflammation that can occur after trauma or surgery. Additionally, it assists in the treatment of infections accompanied by inflammation, pain, and fever. Due to these effects, it is used to improve overall inflammatory diseases and pain.
Administer 300 mg of dexibuprofen orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen per day.
This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system and increase the risk of serious cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals with underlying cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should exercise increased caution and closely monitor for the occurrence of symptoms with their physician. This medication can cause severe adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, so if gastrointestinal symptoms occur during use, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. Elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should be particularly cautious. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood abnormalities, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, and asthma should not use this medication for safety. Combining this medication with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high-dose methotrexate may increase the risk of side effects, so they should not be taken together. During use, breastfeeding should be stopped or consulted with a physician. Dizziness or fatigue may occur, so caution is necessary when driving or operating machinery. Individuals with blood abnormalities, liver/kidney function issues, heart failure, hypertension, history of allergic reactions, elderly patients, and children (over 6 years old) must consult medical personnel before use. If serious adverse symptoms such as shock, blood abnormalities, gastrointestinal symptoms, skin rashes, allergic reactions, liver function abnormalities, respiratory issues, kidney problems, cardiovascular issues, or neurological abnormalities occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration necessary, with regular blood tests and liver/kidney function tests required for long-term use. During pregnancy, particularly after the 6th month, this medication may affect the fetus, so it should be avoided or used only after consulting a doctor. In the event of an overdose, even without symptoms, immediate medical treatment is necessary, and the medication should be stored out of the reach of children in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.

Do not take this medication with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate.
