Treatment for relief of inflammation and pain in chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
This medication is effective for inflammatory joint diseases such as chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It helps alleviate pain and swelling caused by trauma or postoperative complications. Additionally, it is used as an adjunct treatment for infections accompanied by inflammation and pain, improving symptoms. This drug is widely utilized for the treatment of joint and inflammation-related disorders.
For dexibuprofen, take 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen per day.
This medication should be discussed with a physician or pharmacist before use by those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day. Otherwise, serious side effects such as gastric bleeding may occur. Furthermore, this medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, so individuals with a history of heart disease or stroke, or those with risk factors should consult a physician before use and carefully monitor cardiovascular symptoms during treatment. This medication carries a risk of serious gastrointestinal issues such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or elderly patients should exercise particular caution and consult a healthcare provider immediately if gastrointestinal symptoms occur during use. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairment, heart failure, high blood pressure, or asthma history should refrain from taking this medication for safety. Concomitant use with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so it should not be taken together. It is also advisable to avoid concurrent use with certain chemotherapeutic agents or medications that affect blood clotting. During the use of this medication, breastfeeding should be avoided, and caution is advised when driving or operating machinery due to possible dizziness or fatigue. Individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, heart failure, high blood pressure, or allergy history must consult healthcare providers before use, while special care is needed for elderly patients and children. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, liver dysfunction, kidney issues, or symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Women who are over six months pregnant should avoid this medication as it may pose risks to the fetus, and those in early pregnancy or planning to become pregnant should consult before use. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be performed during long-term use. In case of overdose, seek treatment at a medical institution immediately, even if there are no specific symptoms, and store out of reach of children in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, severe skin reactions, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory problems accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and severe reactions

Do not take this medication with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate. Additionally, avoid concomitant use with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), baclofen, and immunosuppressants (such as cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus).
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air and moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
