Adult dose

Typically, adults should take 1 packet (single dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication may not be effective for those with normal physical strength and digestion who experience stomach pain due to overeating or heavy drinking; hence, it is advisable not to take it. Additionally, those with fever or pain in the stomach or abdomen during the early stages of inflammatory or ulcerative diseases should be cautious as this medication may worsen symptoms. This medication contains lactose, so those genetically unable to digest lactose should avoid it. Persons with high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or edema must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is also safe for individuals with a history of skin rashes or itching due to medication to consult a professional before use. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should also talk to a healthcare provider before taking this medication. Elderly individuals may require dosage adjustments due to decreased bodily function. Those taking other medications should consult an expert as there may be drug interactions. If symptoms such as reduced urine output, swelling of the face and extremities, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during administration, the medication should be discontinued immediately, and a healthcare provider should be consulted. In cases of muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis symptoms, the medication should be stopped, and professional care should be sought. If a rash or itching occurs on the skin, or if digestive issues worsen, the use of the medication should be discontinued and consultation should occur.
