This medicine is effective for skin diseases with secondary infection such as allergic or inflammatory skin diseases, including eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, photodermatitis, chronic simplex keratitis, exfoliative dermatitis, prurigo, and psoriasis. It is also used for first-degree burns to relieve symptoms. It helps reduce skin inflammation and itching and inhibits infection. It is a reliable drug for treating various inflammatory skin diseases and is used to improve skin health.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area (site of the disease) 1 to 3 times a day.
This medicine should not be used by patients with bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections as symptoms may worsen. Persons who are allergic or hypersensitive to any component of this drug should also avoid use. It should not be used in patients with perforated tympanic membranes, ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite due to the possibility of delayed skin healing. Patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea are advised against using this medication. If you have an allergy to certain antibiotics, you must consult your healthcare provider before using this medication. Pregnant or nursing women and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this drug. If any adverse reactions such as infections or irritation, rashes, or itching occur on the skin, use should be stopped immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term use of this drug may cause thinning of the skin, color changes, and acne, so caution is advised. When used around the eyes, caution should be exercised as it may lead to glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure. Long-term or extensive use may result in systemic side effects, necessitating regular check-ups. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, especially under the supervision of a caregiver for children. If an allergic reaction occurs, it is crucial to discontinue use immediately and inform healthcare professionals. Pregnant or nursing individuals should avoid prolonged or extensive use of this medication, and careful consideration is required when necessary. In children, the dosage per body surface area is higher, increasing the risk of side effects, and only the minimum effective dose should be used. When using diapers, caution is needed as effects similar to occlusive dressings may occur. Long-term use may lead to adrenal suppression, Cushing's syndrome, and other systemic side effects, so caution is advised. This drug should not be used for ophthalmic purposes; it should only be used for therapeutic reasons after makeup or shaving. When using occlusive dressings, the risk of infection can increase, so always follow healthcare providers' instructions. Keep out of reach of children and store in the original container to maintain the safety and efficacy of the medication.
