This medication is used for joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), and periarthritis of the shoulder. It is also effective in treating inflammation caused by dental pain and trauma, as well as back pain and sciatica. It is used to relieve pain associated with non-articular rheumatism. It improves symptoms related to a variety of joint and pain-related disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 100 mg of aceclofenac once every 12 hours, for a total of 2 doses per day. Do not chew or crush this medication; swallow it whole. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by someone who regularly consumes more than three alcoholic beverages a day due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. It may increase the risk to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, so patients with cardiovascular risk factors such as heart failure, hypertension, or diabetes should use it with caution. Use the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regularly check treatment response and symptom relief.
