Precautions

This medication contains sodium hyaluronate, an eye drop solution used to relieve dryness or irritation in the eyes. Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients or to protein-based medications should not use this medication. During use, symptoms such as itching of the eyelids, irritation in the eyes, redness, conjunctivitis, or damage to the cornea may occur. If such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, it is advisable not to use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; if it is necessary to use them together, use the other eye drops first, then wait about 30 minutes before using this medication. This medication should only be used for direct instillation into the eyes, and care should be taken not to let the tip of the container touch the eyelids or eyelashes. If the tip touches and contaminates or clouds the solution, do not use it. The preservative benzalkonium chloride included may adsorb to soft contact lenses, so do not use this while wearing lenses, and wear lenses only after at least 15 minutes have passed after using the medication. For single-use products, discard the first 1-2 drops after opening, and after opening, do not reuse the remaining solution and container; discard them immediately. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool place. To prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container. If adverse reactions are suspected, it is important to discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel.
