The maximum daily dose can be up to 3200 mg. For mild to moderate pain and colds, orally administer 200-400 mg per dose, 3-4 times daily, adjusting as appropriate based on age and symptoms.
Child dose
For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3-4 oral doses per day. For children, a single dose should be administered orally 3-4 times daily, and for children weighing less than 30 kg, the total daily dose should not exceed 50.

This medication is primarily effective for fever and various types of pain caused by colds, such as back pain, menstrual pain, and postoperative pain. It is also used for degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. Furthermore, it helps relieve various pains such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, and neuralgia, and is applicable for ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis. It is also used for the treatment of non-articular rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis, as well as sprains and bruises caused by soft tissue injuries. This drug is widely used for various musculoskeletal disorders and pain relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis, orally administer 200-600 mg per dose, 3-4 times daily. The maximum daily dose can be up to 3200 mg. For mild to moderate pain and colds, orally administer 200-400 mg per dose, 3-4 times daily, adjusting as appropriate based on age and symptoms.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or high-dose methotrexate. Consult a physician or pharmacist when using it in conjunction with low-dose aspirin, low-dose methotrexate, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
