Relief of inflammation and pain associated with chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
This medication is used for chronic inflammatory diseases such as chronic polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps relieve pain and swelling after trauma or surgery, and is effective as an adjunct treatment for inflammation, pain, and fever caused by infections. It is widely used for managing various inflammatory diseases and pain.
Administer 300 mg of dexibuprofen orally two to four times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen per day.
This medication should be consulted with a physician or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol per day. This medication may cause gastric bleeding; caution is required. Individuals with cardiovascular disease or risk factors should use this medication cautiously, as it may cause serious cardiovascular problems such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Monitor cardiovascular symptoms closely during use and consult medical personnel immediately if abnormalities occur. High-dose use is particularly risky, so caution is necessary. This medication may cause serious gastric issues such as bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, particularly in the elderly. Long-term use may result in gastric-related abnormal symptoms; immediate treatment is required if such symptoms occur. Individuals with a history of gastric disease or bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairment, as well as severe heart failure or hypertension should not use this medication. Those who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients, or have a history of asthma should also avoid it. Pregnant women in the third trimester should not use this medication as it may pose a risk to the fetus. It is advisable not to combine this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as well as specific anti-cancer drugs or anticoagulants. During treatment, it is recommended to stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication, as dizziness or fatigue may occur, requiring caution when driving or operating machinery. Before taking this medication, individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, heart failure, hypertension, allergies, elderly individuals, children, and pregnant women must consult medical professionals. If serious side effects such as shock, severe skin reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, kidney issues, respiratory distress, neurological changes, or confusion occur during use, discontinue the medication and consult medical personnel immediately. This medication should be used at the lowest dose for the shortest duration, with regular blood tests and monitoring of liver and kidney functions for adverse reactions. During pregnancy, particularly after 20 weeks, check the amniotic fluid regularly as this medication may impact fetal kidney function. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention must be sought, even if no symptoms are present, and emergency treatments such as gastric lavage or emesis may be required. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place. Also, transfer to another container should be avoided as it may cause accidents or quality degradation.

Do not take this medication with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate. This medication should not be taken with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, and anticoagulants such as coumarin (warfarin), baclofen, and immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus).
Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture, and keep it at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Storing it in appropriate temperature and environment will maintain the efficacy of the medication for an extended period.
