Patients with hypertension should use caution, as there may be fluctuations in blood pressure when using this medication. Caution should be exercised with dosage adjustments in children as extrapyramidal symptoms may appear easily. Elderly patients may have decreased renal function, leading to increased drug concentration, so they should be monitored for adverse reactions during administration. Neurological symptoms such as tremors, tongue twisting, or anxiety may occur; if these symptoms appear, the medication should be discontinued.
